His career spans four decades during which he was a company director of the award winning Tic Toc Theatre Company performing in all of their national and community touring productions. Whilst with Tic Toc he formed the Cheeky Chappies with Robert Wilkinson and together they produced their unique style of performance based on comedic vaudeville routines which developed a bijou cult following nationally and locally. His theatre experience and knowledge is boundless. His associations and collaborations have included Talking Birds, The Belgrade Theatre, The Birmingham Rep, EGO Performance Co, Sante Theatre, The Albany Theatre, Imagineer Productions, NFTS, BBC, Coventry University, and The National Trust.
His touring work has reached as far as Western Australia but he continues to work and support arts development in Coventry and the surrounding area being an advocate for making the arts accessible to those who wouldn’t ordinarily attend and contribute.
